The Boulder Junction Centennial Committee is excited to invite you to participate in a year long party as we celebrate the 100 Year Birthday for our community in 2027. Boulder Junction has a rich history and although the land and location are important, it is the people who have chosen this place as “home” that truly define Boulder Junction.
During the next eighteen months we will be putting together several events, along with creating a booklet and merchandise, and installing a historical marker and public art. Additionally, we will be gathering stories – your stories. Stories from long ago or recent adventures. They will be gathered and shared digitally and some may be used in other aspects of the celebration.
At this time, we are looking for volunteers interested in helping in any aspect of this project. Many hands make light work and to give this project the justice it deserves we will take all the help we can get. Please read the list of current workgroups and their descriptions and then fill out the form linked below or reach out to a current committee member to indicate your interest in volunteering. Filling out this form does not commit you to any specific task, a member of the committee will reach out to you to discuss your areas of interest further as well as your availability to ensure the best experience for everyone involved. This celebration is only possible with the help of volunteers like you!
